The District Court, composed of three judges (U. S. C., Tit. 28, §380), granted an interlocutory injunction restraining the appellants, Ross S. Sterling, Governor of the State of Texas, W. W. Sterling, Adjutant General of the State, and Jacob F. Wolters, Brigadier General of the Texas National Guard, from enforcing their military or executive orders regulating or restricting the production of oil from complainants’ wells and from interfering in any manner “ with the lawful production of oil from complainants’ property.” 57 F.
