The appellant, Korean-conflict veteran Emerson E. Archbold, appeals a July 1,1993, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA or Board) decision denying his claims for increased ratings for residuals of burn scars of his left and right hands, each currently evaluated as 10% disabling, and for an increased (compensable) rating for burn scars of the face.
