The defendant, Kevin J. McColl, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of burglary in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-101 (a) (2), assault of a victim sixty years of age or older in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-60b (a), and two counts of robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-134 (a) (3).
