This matter is on appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court dismissing an adversary proceeding filed by Antonia Burrell-Richardson (the “Debtor”) against the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education wherein the Debtor sought a declaration that her obligation to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Commonwealth”), arising from a student loan obligation reduced to judgment prepetition, should be discharged by her bankruptcy. For the reasons set forth below,' the order of the bankruptcy court is AFFIRMED.
