The plaintiff commenced an action in the Superior Court against R.K. Ahem Co., Inc., Robert K. Ahem, and Roland Couillard (debtors) on a promissory note. In that action, she obtained approval of a trustee process attachment of all funds of the debtors in possession of Family Mutual Savings Bank (trastee). Upon the debtors’ default, the plaintiff was awarded judgment in that action in the sum of $699,764.30, after which she filed a motion to charge the trustee, and requested an evidentiary hearing to determine the sum the trustee should be charged based on a discrepancy between the *663amount of…
