The defendant in this action of contract was defaulted and damages have been assessed against it in a substantial sum. The controversy arises between the plaintiff and Edgar H. Cobb, the trustee in bankruptcy of the defendant, as to which of them is entitled to money in the hands of the alleged trustee admittedly due originally to the principal defendant.
