Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Albertson, J., entered October 27, 1916, upon findings in favor of the defendant, dismissing an action on a benefit certificate, tried to the court.

as the beneficiary designated in a benefit certificate issued by respondent to one John Vourlis, *527now deceased, brought this suit to recover the sum of $2,000, the amount alleged to be due her under the terms of the certificate. The action was dismissed; and she appeals'.
