LEAHY, Chief Judge.

This action to recover damages arises out of minor-plaintiff’s injuries sus*500tained when he and his bicycle were involved in an accident with defendant’s locomotive at a railroad crossing in New Castle, Delaware.1 Certain of plaintiffs’ interrogatories read:
