Opinion by

Tbe referee in this workmen’s compensation case disallowed compensation. Tbe Workmen’s Compensation Board affirmed tbe order of disallowance, and the court of common pleas dismissed claimant’s appeal and affirmed tbe action of tbe board. Claimant has appealed to this court, and complains that tbe facts of tbe case have been misinterpreted and an erroneous conclusion reached.

Tbe referee disallowed the claim for compensation for tbe reason that notice of an accident within tbe time prescribed by our Workmen’s Compensation Act was not given to defendant. The board was of tbe…
