This is a hearing upon an order requiring respondent, Chester S. Edwards, to show cause why he should not be punished for contempt for imposition and fraud upon the court and perjury committed by him before a special master in an uncontested divorce suit brought by him against his wife which resulted in a final decree and which could not have so resulted if the petitioner had testified truly.
