{¶1} Appellant has appealed his conviction and sentence in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas arising from a guilty plea to felonious assault, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, resisting arrest, and having weapons while under a disability. All the charges were felonies, and firearm specifications attached to many of the charges. Appellant was sentenced to an aggregate sentence of twenty and one-half years in prison.
