Appeal No. 21631 is on behalf of Calvin York, Marvin Bevans, and Emil Landi, who were adjudged in contempt for violating an injunctive order entered April 12, 1949. Appeal No. 21684 is on behalf of the United Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America, C. I.
