A bill of complaint has been filed in this court in the name of the United States of America and Henry A. Wallace, Secretary of Agriculture, by Edwin G. Moon, United States Attorney in and for the Southern District of Iowa, under the direction of the Attorney General, complaining that- Louis Neuendorf and Marguerite Neuendorf, individually and doing business under the firm name of the Hillerest Dairy, a copartnership, are distributing milk within the Des Moines, Iowa, sales area without a license, and asking that they be permanently enjoined from selling and distributing…
