At Des Moines, in the Southern District of Iowa, on the 31st day of March, 1980.

On January 30, 1980, the debtor, Margaret Ann Boulton, filed a complaint to avoid a security interest on exempt property under 11 U.S.C. § 522(f). The defendant, General Finance Loan Corporation of Iowa, filed an answer on February 15, 1980, admitting all but one of the allegations of the plaintiff’s petition.
