Reversing.

Pursuant to a called meeting of the members of the Wurtland independent board of education, on December-21, 1934, the board passed a resolution proposing _ a merger of the Wurtland independent graded school district, and to come under the jurisdiction of the latter as provided in section 4399-4 of the Kentucky Statutes.
