Reversing.

Ludlow, Ky., is a city of the fourth class and maintains a city school as provided in section 3587a-13 Kentucky Statutes.

Appellant had been superintendent of the city school previous to the year 1932, and in March of that year the city board of education again appointed him superintendent of the school for a four-year term beginning July 1, 1932, and ending July 1, 1936.
