Plaintiff Jerry Freeman sued the Postmaster General of the United States Postal Service (the “Postal Service”), alleging that the Postal Service discriminated against him by failing to transfer him to another position, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 633a, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-16.
