Mark A. Aschan appeals from a final order entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Southern District of Iowa denying his petition for habeas corpus relief. Aschan v. Sissel, Civ. No. 85-867-B (S.D.Iowa Nov. 19, 1987). Appellant is an inmate at the Iowa State Reformatory; John Sissel is the acting warden. 2 Appellant contends that he is being deprived of his liberty by reason of a violation of his fourteenth amendment right to fundamental fairness and fair play.
