REAVLEY, Circuit Judge:
Appellant Hicks was convicted of violations of 21 U.S.C. § 844(a) (possession of a non-narcotic controlled substance) and 38 U.S.C. § 218 and 38 C.F.R. § 1.218(m) (possession of a firearm on federal property). He complains in this appeal of violation of the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3161 and the Sixth Amendment right to a speedy trial. We affirm.
