This is a proceeding by quo warranto to test the right of respondents, or either of them, to hold the respective offices of president, vice president, secretary and treasurer, and director of a certain corporation named in the suggestion for the writ. The controversy grows out of alleged irregularities in holding the annual meeting of stockholders for the purpose of electing a board of directors.
