LIVAUDAIS, District Judge.
On July 26, 1983, Barry M. Williams, then aged 19, went through one of the learning experiences to which life subjects the young as they pass into adulthood. He bought a used car. As a result, he has sued the automobile dealer from whom he purchased the vehicle, Toyota of Jefferson, Inc.
