—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendants appeal from an *635order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (O’Connell, J.), entered September 9, 1998, which denied their motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 to dismiss the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
