In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (LaCava, J.), entered August 30, 2006, as denied its motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability, and the defendants James G. Houlihan, Howard Fames, and James J. Houlihan cross-appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of the same order as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
