H. D. Newlee and Elaine I. Newlee, his wife, brought this action to recover from the defendant, J. F. Heyting, damages for the failure of the defendant to construct a dwelling house for the plaintiffs in a good, workmanlike manner. From a judgment in favor of the plaintiffs the defendant appeals.
