Upon the hearing in this court the appellant assigns the following errors: (1) That the complaint is insufficient because it does not show that there is any such corporation as joint school district No. 3, etc., as set out in the complaint; (2) that the complaint does not state any *516facts showing that the defendant is exercising the duties of the office of treasurer of said district; (3) that the complaint does not show that the relator is entitled to hold the office of treasurer of s,aid district.
