CHESNUT, District Judge.

In this case the Travelers Indemnity Company has appealed from a judgment against it in the District Court in a suit at law tried to a jury, in the amount of $14,775, and interest, in favor of the Plymouth Box and Panel Company, a corporation, to which the Indemnity Company had issued a policy of accident-explosion insurance covering a steam turbine.
