Plaintiffs are husband and wife. They reside upon' a farm in Huron county. Defendant is a corporation, organized in the State of Delaware. Its business operations in this State are conducted in the city of Saginaw. Its board of directors consists of prominent business and professional men living in that city and its vicinity.
