Action for damages for fraud! in the sale of a car load of lambs. Plaintiff had verdict and judgment. Defendants bring error. The parties live at Saline. Plaintiff owns a farm. Defendants are engaged in farming and in dealing in live stock. In July, 1922, defendants bought lambs in Chicago, shipped them to Saline, and sold them to plaintiff. Plaintiff claims that he purchased relying upon representations made to him by defendants that the lambs “were all Western lambs, and that they were good feeding lambs, and that they were a dandy good lot of western lambs.” Defendants claim that plaintiff…
