Dickinson, 'be complainant, filed bis bill in 1870, against William P. Rucker, and the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad Company, in the circuit court of the county of Greenbrier, in which he alleges that at the November term, 1869, of the district court of the United States, held at Kanawha Court House, in this State, he recovered a judgment against Rucker, now of Greenbrier county, for $1,717.38, with interest as stated in the bill, subject to a small credit, and the costs of the suit.
