Relator Theodore White, Jr., filed a petition for writ of mandamus on April 27, 2004, seeking to compel the Honorable Jon R. Gray, Family Court Administrative Judge for Jackson County, to order that court records of the adoptions of J.L. and D.S. be disclosed to Mr. White. Mr. White seeks to utilize the records in his defense of the criminal charges pending against him in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Case No. CR1998-02401.
