ADAMS, District Judge.

The Court referred the above action to Magistrate Judge Jack B. Streepy for a Report and Recommendation on Petitioner Rasheem Matthews’s Petition for Habeas Corpus. The Magistrate recommended that the Court dismiss the Petition based on his finding that Matthews’s due process rights were not violated by prosecutorial misconduct.
