Two actions, consolidated for trial in district court, were heard together on appeal. The case of Anne Murphy for personal injuries resulted in a verdict for plaintiff for $12,500, and that of Dinah Zelickson, special administratrix of the estate of Max Zelick-son, deceased, for wrongful death, resulted in a verdict in her favor for $10,000. Both verdicts were against defendant Barlow Realty Company.
