This suit was instituted in the circuit court of Marion county, Oregon, by Valley & Siletz Railroad Company, against the public utilities commissioner of Oregon, to set aside an order previously made by that officer fixing the maximum carload rate on log shipments from Olson, on the Valley & Siletz line in Polk county, to Winona, on a branch line of the Southern Pacific Company in the same county.
