GARLAND, Circuit Judge.
The National Labor Relations Board issued an order requiring Halle Enterprises, Inc. to reinstate and make whole eleven employees whom the company had fired for complaining about wages, hours, and working conditions. The question before us is whether the company’s voluntary offer of reinstatement to four of the employees tolled their right to backpay.
