Hawaii Newspaper Guild, Local 39117, Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO (“the Union”) filed charges against Stephens Media, LLC, doing business as the Hawaii Tribune-Herald (“the Company”), alleging that the Company had committed multiple unfair labor practices in violation of the National Labor Relations Act (“the NLRA” or “the Act”).
