CARVER, Senior Judge:

A military judge, sitting as a general court-martial, convicted the appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of conspiracy to obstruct justice, false official statement, and four specifications of illegally importing aliens into the United States in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324, as incorporated, in violation of Articles 81, 107, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 907, and 934.
