This is an original proceeding in discipline filed by the office of the Disciplinary Administrator against Stanley J. Juhnke, of Hutchinson, an attorney admitted to the practice of law in Kansas. The hearing panel concluded that respondent had violated KRPC 5.3(b) (responsibilities regarding nonlawyer assistants) (2001 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 422) and KRPC 5.5(b) (unauthorized practice of law) (2001 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 424). Several other alleged rule violations were dismissed. The panel recommended unpublished censure.
