MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT E. NUGENT, Chief Bankruptcy Judge.
Trustee Carl Davis moves for an examination of transactions between debtor Debra Ann Wood and her counsel as provided by 11 U.S.C. § 329 and Fed. R. Bankr.P. 2017. 1 Debtor appeared in person and by Robert J. Willette, her counsel of record. Also present to testify were Neil Ruther, Esq. and Kara Plunkett, Esq., two attorneys connected with a string of legal ser vice organizations that provide unbundled legal services in connection with debt resolution and bankruptcy.
