This is an original uncontested proceeding in discipline filed by the office of the Disciplinary Administrator against respondent, Troy L. Daugherty, of Kansas City, Missouri, an attorney admitted to the practice of law in Kansas on September 20, 1990. The alleged misconduct arises from two client complaints filed with the Disciplinary Administrator s office, DA 8341 and DA 8427.
