MEMORANDUM ORDER CONFIRMING DEBTOR’S AMENDED PLAN OF REORGANIZATION

This matter came before the Court on August 16, 1995 for hearing to consider confirmation of the Amended Plan of Reorganization filed by the Debtor, Miami Trueolor Offset Service Co.
