MEMORANDUM OPINION ON CONFIRMATION OF DEBTOR’S PLAN AS AMENDED

On February 18 and 19, 1992, the court held a confirmation hearing on the Debtor’s plan of reorganization which was filed on September 9, 1991 and amended on February 18, 1992. After reviewing the plan of reorganization, the evidence, and the law, the court is of the opinion that the plan of reorganization should be confirmed.
