DECISION AND ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT

This matter is before the court upon the defendant’s motion to dismiss the plaintiffs complaint under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). The court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and the standing order of reference *833entered in this district. This matter is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(H)— proceedings to determine, avoid, or recover fraudulent conveyances.
