Plaintiff Marco A. Hernandez brings this action against the United States, the Transportation Security Administration (“TSA”), Nelson Padmin Guzman, Vicky L. Most, and Johhn Vidal (collectively the “Individual Defendants”) based on events occurring as Plaintiff passed through airport security at Orlando International Airport on February 26, 2008, and December 13, 2009, and at Denver International Airport on October 9, 2009.
