YANKWICH, District Judge.
The Regional Director of the Twenty-first Region of the National Labor Relations Board, pursuant to Section 10 (l) of the National Labor Relations Act as amended (61 Stat. 149; 73 Stat. 544; 29 U.S.C.A. § 160(0) (to be referred to as the Act), has filed a petition for a temporary injunction pending the final disposition of a matter pending before the Board.
