This application, filed by the Regional .Director of the Fifteenth Region of the .National Labor Relations Board pursuant to Section 10 (Í) of the National Labor Relations Act as amended, 1 is for a temporary injunction pending the final disposition of charges filed before the Board by Houston Contracting Company alleging that respondents have engaged in .and are engaging in an unfair labor practice within the meaning of § 8(b) (7) (C) 2 of the Act, which section proscribes certain reeognitional and organizational picketing.
