MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILLIAMS, District Judge.

Wanda L. Davidson, D.D.S. (“Plaintiff’) brought suit against Marvin A. Becker, D.D.S. (“Defendant”) pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1981 alleging in one count a claim of racial discrimination and unlawful termination. Currently pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, to Stay Proceedings and Compel Arbitration of Plaintiffs Claims [4].
