Affirming.

On April 21,1902, the appellants, A. B. Cnlton, Mary R. and J. C. Tarvin, and J. M. Cnlton, together with M. R. Cnlton and Deborah Cnlton, executed a title bond to A. J. Asher, whereby they sold, and contracted to convey to him, fourteen tracts of land in Leslie County, for the agreed price of $1.75 per acre. A small part of the consideration was paid at or shortly after the execution of the title bond; a larger portion, consisting of the remainder of one-half of the purchase money, was to be paid within thirty days from that date, or as soon as…
