Plaintiff (“Holdings”), a debtor acting pursuant to a confirmed Chapter 11 plan, brings this action against Engel & Reiman, P.C. (“Engel Reiman”), a Colorado law firm, and Barry S. Engel and Edward D. Brown, two of its shareholders, individually.
