On July 18, 2017, Dr. Thomas Spinnato ("Thomas"), Arlene Spinnato ("Arlene"), Dr. Tracey Spinnato ("Tracey"), and Kristen Spinnato ("Kristen") (together, the "Spinnatos" or the "Plaintiffs"), commenced this action against Unity of Omaha Life Insurance Company, Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company (together, the "Omaha Defendants"), Taverna Associates, Inc.
