Ida Roland, the widow and the administratrix of the estate of Dudley D. Roland, deceased, filed her final account and petition for determination of heirship and distribution of the estate in 1940; and the surety on her bond appealed to the district court of Garfield county from the order of the county court; and Park E. Salter, a creditor of the estate, appeals from the judgment of the district court of Garfield county with respect to the matters involved in the appeal from the county court.

The decedent died intestate in 1932, leaving two parcels of real estate and certain personal property.…
